One of the largest urban festivals in the country: 120,000 people over two days. DER built and coordinated the entire food zone — 20 stalls between food trucks and fixed stalls — with an urban street-food concept matched to the festival's aesthetic. Vendor selection, layout, build and supervision across both days. In collaboration with Mind Market.

01

20 stalls, a curated mix

Food trucks and fixed stalls chosen to cover every taste and sustain the pace of 120,000 hungry people.

02

Layout built for flow

We designed the circulation and consumption spaces so eating did not mean missing the show.

03

Fast service at massive scale

We coordinated the vendors so the longest queue at the festival was not the food one.

04

Sustainable operation

A waste-management system designed for an event this size, not improvised on day one.

At a festival of 120,000 people, the food is part of the show. We built it to feel that way.
