FAQ
Got questions? We’ve got answers.
What exactly does full event production include?
Everything from planning to wrap-up: vendor coordination, build and load-out, logistics and permits, talent and artist management, sponsor outreach and live supervision. At Manchester City (2,000+ attendees) we ran everything in-house, and at Saint Mary of the Hills we secured 4 sponsors (Hilton Pilar, Pascual Toso, Go Seven and Goalty) on top of full production.
Can you handle international events like Manchester City?
Yes, with proven experience. For the Manchester City Treble Trophy Tour we ran the full production for 2,000+ attendees, working to international standards, global security protocols and the brand's specific requirements. We handle the logistical complexity, specialized vendors and coordination with international teams.
How do you secure sponsors as part of full production?
Sponsor management is built into our production process. At Saint Mary of the Hills we secured 4 key sponsors: Hilton Pilar, Pascual Toso, Go Seven and Goalty. We identify opportunities, build value propositions, negotiate deals and coordinate activations during the event.
What sets your production apart from other producers?
Real integration of services under a single management. We don't subcontract everything: we operate specialized access-control technology, coordinate professional photographers, secure sponsors and work in direct coordination with vendors. That guarantees consistency, uniform quality and a single point of contact throughout.
Do you include professional photography and documentation?
Yes, professional photography is included in full production. We coordinate specialized photographers and videographers who document the whole event: key moments, sponsor activations, general coverage and post-event deliverables. At Saint Mary of the Hills we provided full photo coverage. Deliverables include an edited gallery and social-media content.
How much time do you need to plan full production?
For events like Manchester City we need at least 2 to 3 months for international coordination. For local events like Saint Mary of the Hills, 4 to 6 weeks is enough. The time covers strategic planning, securing sponsors, coordinating vendors, obtaining permits and preparing all the logistics.
Do you do small events or only large ones?
Both. We produce everything from a few-hundred-person corporate activation to a 120,000-person festival. The scale changes, the execution standard does not: the same team handles it end to end, with a single point of responsibility.
How do you quote full production?
There's no list price: each event is quoted by scope, scale, vendors and production level. From your brief we build a budget broken down by line item, with no surprises. The earlier you bring us in, the more room we have to optimize costs and close better deals with vendors.
