What exactly does the photo and video coverage include?
Professional photography throughout the event (speakers, networking, activations, ambiance), build and backstage photography, and delivery of edited material in high resolution. If the event needs it, we also coordinate a highlight video for social, content in platform-specific formats and special services like drone, streaming or multicam through trusted professionals.
How do you make sure you don't interfere with the event?
Our photographers and videographers specialize in events and know how to move through the space without interrupting speakers, panels or activities. We plan the capture points in the brief phase together with the organizer, define work zones and coordinate with production so the coverage is invisible to the audience but complete in the results.
Do you work with in-house staff or freelancers?
We coordinate specialized freelance photographers and videographers. We don't keep a fixed in-house audiovisual team: we work with trusted professionals we select by the type and scale of each event. That lets us assign the exact profile your event needs — a corporate photographer for a conference isn't the same as one for a festival.
Can you do multicam coverage for large events?
Yes, we coordinate multicam coverage through specialized professionals, plus drone, live streaming and documentary video. These services are quoted separately and we manage them with trusted videographers and technicians. You tell us what you need and we put the crew together and coordinate everything.
What delivery formats do you provide post-event?
Edited photographs in high resolution within the agreed timeframe: a full event gallery, a highlighted selection for social media and material in different resolutions by use (web, print, social). If you booked a highlight video, it is delivered edited in vertical and horizontal formats, ready to publish.
Can you adapt to different styles by event type?
Yes. In the brief we define the coverage style: corporate and formal for conferences, dynamic and spontaneous for festivals, documentary for institutional events. We assign photographers with experience in the style your event needs. At IASP LATAM 2025 we worked with a photographer specialized in corporate and institutional events, capturing conferences, panels and networking among science-park leaders.
