Who we are
SOMOS DER is an event production company based in Buenos Aires, operating across six countries. We were founded in 2022, but our team comes from running some of the region’s biggest sports and cultural events: the Youth Olympic Games, the Pan American and South American Games, the Maccabiah Games and projects for the Olympic Committee.
We combine that large-scale experience with the closeness of a dedicated team: we produce corporate, festival, sports and social events, end to end.

Franco Ridao
Cofounder & Director of Operations
With over 8 years of experience in large-scale sports and cultural events, Franco leads the company’s operational strategy, the relationship with international partners and the on-the-ground execution of every project.
His track record includes the Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympic Games (Venue Manager Coordinator at Urban Park), the Lima 2019 Pan American Games (Venue Operations Manager, 42 venues), the Asunción 2022 South American Games (Deputy Director of Venues), the 2023 Maccabiah Games (Deputy Operations & Ceremonies Manager, Movistar Arena) and event production for the COA between 2023 and 2025. IOC-certified.
Ludmila Cott
Cofounder & Producer
With over 5 years of experience producing cultural, sports and music events, Ludmila leads operational team coordination, on-the-ground logistics, access-control supervision at mass events and the visual production of every project.
She holds a degree in Media & Entertainment Management (UADE), with training in Photography and Filmmaking (Motivarte). She has coordinated teams of 15–20 people at events such as Abel Pintos, Anuel AA and Myke Towers.
