FAQ

Got questions? We’ve got answers.

What sets your strategic consulting apart?

We don't sell PowerPoints full of ideas. We deliver a complete viability analysis with real vendor quotes, a budget broken down by line item, a logistics plan and a sponsorship proposal. For the IWF U-17 Weightlifting World Championship we spent 6 months quoting flights for 50+ countries, negotiating with hotels and designing a 3-tier sponsorship proposal. The client decided not to proceed — but did so with all the information on the table, not on assumptions.

How do you define an event's target audience?

In the diagnosis phase, together with the client. We analyze who will attend, how many people are expected, their profile and what they need. That determines everything else: venue, logistics, catering, transport, sponsorship. We don't invent an audience: we work with the client's and the market's real data.

What does the full budget include?

We quote every line item with real vendors: venue, technical (sound, screens, lighting), logistics (transport, lodging, transfers), hotels, catering, streaming, security and whatever the event needs. These aren't estimates: they're real quotes we request from multiple vendors so you can compare options and decide on solid ground.

How do you handle the sponsorship strategy?

We design the full sponsorship proposal: tiers (lead, official, category), detailed benefits per tier and suggested amounts. For the U-17 Weightlifting World Championship we designed a 3-tier proposal. It includes activations, brand visibility and concrete benefits so you can go out and find sponsors with a professional document.

What if the event isn't viable?

That's exactly what the consulting resolves. If after the analysis the event isn't financially or operationally viable, you know before investing. For the U-17 Weightlifting World Championship the client decided not to proceed on financial-viability grounds — and it was the right call, based on real data. Our job is for that decision to be made with complete information, not intuition.

How long does a consulting process take?

It depends on complexity. For a local or corporate event, 4 to 6 weeks. For an international event with multiple line items (like the U-17 Weightlifting World Championship, with flights for 50+ countries, hotels, transport, streaming and sponsorship), the process took 6 months. We define scope and timing in the first diagnosis meeting.

Does the consulting have a cost?

Yes, consulting is a paid service: it's weeks of real work quoting vendors, negotiating and building the viability analysis. But if you then decide to produce the event with us, we deduct that cost from the production. So it's never money wasted: either it saves you from running an unviable event, or it's discounted when you move forward.
