Pre-registration and database of 1,500 executives for the facial-recognition (Face ID) access system of a corporate event.
Shell Argentina gathers its service-station owners every year. For the 2024 edition at Costa Salguero, Venue Brand Experience brought us in for the heart of the entry: pre-registering the 1,500 executives. DER designed and ran the landing page where each one loaded their data and photo — the database that then fed the event's facial-recognition system.

Database ready to validate
We loaded, validated and cleaned the full attendee database, so on event day there were no missing records or delays.
Integration with Face ID
That database fed the tech provider's facial-recognition system: entry validated in 2 seconds, with no physical credential.
On-site support
A DER team on hand to resolve any registration issue or missing data on the spot.
