Full production of DiDi launch events across the provinces, as the operating arm of Backyard Group (Mexico).
DiDi was rolling out across Argentina's provinces and needed each launch to land just as well in very different cities. The Mexican agency Backyard Group chose us as their operating arm in Argentina: DER executed 3 corporate events in Bariloche, Formosa and Catamarca, with full production in each destination under a master agreement.
Operating arm in Argentina
Backyard Group (Mexico) brought the brand and the strategy; we brought the local execution in each province. One partner for the whole territory.
Three cities, one bar
Bariloche, Formosa and Catamarca have opposite logistical realities. We adapted the operation to each without lowering the launch standard.
Logistics on the ground
Vendors, venues, transport and build solved city by city, so DiDi's team only had to focus on the brand.
Cross-border model
Master agreement with service orders per event: the tidy way to operate for an international agency that needs a trusted executor in-country.
