DER ran access control for Campus Party 2024 and 2025 at the Parque de Innovación: 20,000 people with online pre-registration, dynamic QR codes and a dashboard that monitored entry by area — Immersive Dome, Classroom Domes, Startup Fair. A client that picked us and came back.
Pre-registration and dynamic QR
Each attendee validated their email beforehand and entered with a QR differentiated by participant type. Less queue, more control.
Distributed scanning with redundancy
Several access points working in parallel, with guaranteed backup so no door ever stalled.
