Access control with a dual system. 4 dates across 2 venues, 60,000 fans.
Four dates of the God of Trap at Tecnópolis, 2024 and 2025 editions, 60,000 fans in total. DER ran a dual access control — pedestrian and vehicle — at Tecnópolis, plus support and vehicle control at Parque Roca. Trap, crowds and two different venues, with the same standardized protocol.
Dual control: pedestrian and vehicle
We managed both sides of the entry at Tecnópolis: the tide of fans on foot and the flow of cars, each with its own operation.
Two venues, one protocol
Tecnópolis and Parque Roca have different logics. We standardized the system so the standard did not depend on the place.
Validation with offline backup
Ticket validation with offline redundancy: if the network dropped, entry kept going.
VIP and press, differentiated
Separate accreditations for VIP and press, with their own access rules, never mixed with general entry.
60,000 trap fans rushing in do not forgive a badly managed queue. Four dates, none of them got away from us.
